FIXED

Restoring several documents no longer shows Unable to generate preview while the previews are still loading.
Apex keeps CriticMarkup comments in Markup view instead of dropping them as accepted edits.
CriticMarkup highlights stay yellow in every processor, including themes that restyle mark.
Selection statistics popup sits just above the cursor so its arrow points at the mouse.
Apex leaves mid-line dialogue like NAME [stage directions]: line as text instead of percent-encoding it.
Apex no longer URL-encodes inline code or fenced code.
Apex resolves reference definitions inside blockquotes.
An Apex table header column span no longer deletes header cells, and cells that only contain << or ^^ stay in the table.
Copy Rich Text no longer hangs when the preview includes remote fonts or images.
Callouts stay intact in PDF export, including the title and body.

iA Writer compatibility option in Processor settings (on by default) turns iA Writer content blocks on or off, so lines that begin with a path can be left alone
Open in Editor on a Word document lists apps that can open the .docx, plus Edit as Markdown
Edit as Markdown saves a Markdown file beside the Word file, copies images into a folder next to it, and switches the preview to that file
